M&T have been present in the Luxury Goods market for over 18 Years . The launch of the Swatch Collectors Club in 1989 was the first of a variety of successful projects.

In recent years our clients have focused on our Call Centre and DPMS Services (Direct Promotion Management System).

These are telephone services for consumer products which are usually purchased as gifts, such as:

  • Watches
  • Leather Goods
  • Perfumery

 

Through M&T's Inbound Call Centre, the consumer can obtain product information and general advice at the time of choosing the product; information on the nearest sales outlet; as well as assistance after buying the product.

Users can normally access these services via telephone numbers publicised in media campaigns and on product packaging. Among our Customer Care Services, we also handle the mailing of catalogues or general information materials.
